LTE's speed makes it possible to also run our Cloud PBX solution over it. Simply disable the SIP ALG under networking when you log on to the LTE router and your voice is ready to be heard.
A large percentage of downtime relates to network cable faults, damage or even theft. LTE eliminates all of these as the solution is wireless.
With 6 different packages to choose from, you can select either a sim only package and use your own LTE compatible router, or you can purchase a package with a Huawei router (either the B315 or a B618).
Check your coverage using the address where the device will be used. Please use the same address in the purchasing process as this will be used when the device is set up, prior to delivery.

The B315 easily meets the needs of a home or small office. The 2.4 GHz frequency offers the advantage of range over the 5 GHz band at practical speeds of up to 30Mbps.
The 5 GHz frequency provides faster data transmission speeds than single-band routers with 2.4 GHz, and less interference. With up to 64 devices connected simultaneously, it's perfect for a large team.
**There will be R999 cancellation fee if you cancel your LTE service within the first 6 months from date of purchase. This will apply to any LTE package option purchased with either a Huawei B618 or B315 router.
A coverage map is provided on the Ignite website for you to check your coverage. Enter the physical address (where the service is required) into the coverage map and if you have coverage in your area, the colour will be blue-green as per the key in the bottom left hand corner of the map. No coverage in your area is represented by no colour over the map.
We do not recommend that you purchase LTE-A if you fall outside of coverage. Keep checking the coverage map and purchase LTE-A when your area falls within coverage. If you decide to purchase LTE-A for your area when it is not within coverage, we will not be able to assist you with LTE-A connectivity related issues.
If you deplete your monthly Data cap, you will be redirected to the Ignite webpage i.e. payment gateway where you can top up your account with Data bundle ranging from 1GB to 20GB valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Add-on data bundles are valid for 30 days from date of purchase. For example, if you purchase a top-up data bundle on 7 June, the bundle will expire on 7 July.
You will need to log into your account on the Ignite portal and click on "My Services". Select the service that you wish to change and select the Upgrade/Downgrade tab. Continue by selecting the required package to complete the process.
No, any unused monthly inclusive value will be forfeited at the end of the calendar month. For example if you sign up on 25 June on a 55GB package, any unused Data will be forfeited on 30 June at 23:59.
Monthly inclusive data will deplete first, followed by top up data.
